Plans & Limits

Product count and sync frequency per plan.

Framix comes in three tiers. You manage them on the Plan tab, where billing toggles between [MONTHLY] and [YEARLY].

Free: up to 10 products, manual sync only.
Mid: up to 100 products, auto-sync every 3 days. No Framix branding. $15/mo, or $12/mo ($144/yr save $36) yearly.
Top: unlimited products, auto-sync every hour, plus bulk ops. $39/mo, or $31/mo ($374/yr save $94) yearly.

The product limit is enforced server-side. On Free and Mid, products beyond the limit are not imported during the sync.

What you see when you hit the cap

During a sync you may see how many of your Wix total were synced, then Your plan caps your CMS at your plan limit of products. with a prompt to upgrade to the next plan to sync more products.

Managing your plan

On the Plan tab the subscription row reads Subscription: Active/Trial/Past due/Canceled/Revoked with your plan. Use Re-check License if the status looks stale. Depending on state you get:

Manage Subscription (active or trial)
Update Payment Method (past due)
Reactivate Subscription (canceled)

If you cancelled, the plan shows the date it cancels on.
